Dr. Nitin Raut had his early education in swastic vidyalaya and later in New English High School in Nagpur.
Dr.Raut is not only studious, a voracious reader with a great apetite for knowledge, but also an able orator. He is amicable, humble and lovable by nature. He has to his credit a B.Sc., a Post-Graduate degree of M.A. (Ambedkar Thought), MFA (Drama), FPM (Fellow Programme in Management) and also a CPL (Commercial Pilot License) as a pilot.
He took intiative and persuaded to get the “Reservation Act” passed by the Maharashtra State Govt. It is also to his credit that recently he has introduced in the State Assembly a bill “BUDDHIST MARRIAGE & SUCCESSION ACT-2007”. He is the first MLA to introduce this bill./li>
